Biking in Canyonlands National Park
The 100-mile-long White Rim Trail is one of the most popular and famous bike routes in the Moab area. Some other 4X4 routes in the park are suitable for biking. (Bikers must stay on established roads - there is no single-track riding in the park.) All of the park's paved roads are popular bike routes and allow access to many famous attractions.
Multi-day trips are popular. Camping is only allowed in designated areas, or by special backcountry permit. A support vehicle is recommended for all multi-day bike trips as there are no water sources along most roads.
Moab is a famous mountain bike destination with many exceptional trails located near Canyonlands National Park. See our Moab bike section for more information.
